ITS is a service provider of total data and IT management solutions for small to mid size businesses and has a strong presence in the medical community. ITS is a spin-off of Quality Connections, Inc., which was founded in 1994. Innovative Technology Solutions, Inc. was created in 2005 by a former QCI partner in order to focus solely on IT services and customers. Many businesses in the small to mid size range are looking to outsource their IT management without sacrificing the relationship they would have with an internal IT department. We recognized this growing need and created ITS to meet it. ITS does not look at its customers as one or two time customers, but hopes that each one of our customers will become life long business partners.
ITS holds many product and manufacturer certifications including Microsoft MCP, MCP+I, MCSE, MCSE+I, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, Net Integration Technologies approved partner, eSoft security solution partner. ITS also performs sub-contract installation and service for several national companies. ITS is familiar with many medical IT software systems including Misys Healthcare Systems, and A4 Healthcare. ITS coverage includes the state of Georgia and Southeast Tennessee and Northeast Alabama areas.
